I really love what From Software has done with this style of game. The atmosphere has changed to something I can really get lost in and look forward to exploring every inch of this game.

This game is difficult. However, the challenge makes it that much better. You will die a lot but that's part of the fun. The graphics and sound are amazing and shows what the PS4 can do.

Very much in the spirit of the Dark Souls series, tough until you get used to the mechanics. Main difference for me is the stun (BB) vs. shield (DS) defense. Still a great game.

This game is extremely difficult, but also very rewarding if you're willing to be persistent. There's not much of a story, but the lore is pretty interesting. There's a good sense of camaraderie when playing co-op online with others.

Game has a much deserved reputation for being hard. This by far the best game on the PS4 and a must have for the system. If you get it, then get the DLC as well, well worth it.

The world is vast. Enemy's can be difficult if you are playing like it is Devil May Cry. Can't get enough of this game. Believe the hype!

If you like Dark Souls / Demon Souls you will love this game. Great combat -- no blocking with a shield though really. Much faster paced, more rolling, and a neat gun riposte mechanic.

This game is awesome I love it its challenging fun and shocking really epic frustrating at time but still do not hesitate on picking it up. Im giving this a 5 star because its that good

This is one of the best console exclusives since The Last of Us. Can be very difficult at times, but perseverance will get you through. Would give this 4.5/5 stars, but rounded up to 5

FROM Software's PS4 exclusive is a Souls-Like game. Meaning you will die, you will die a lot. But if you like these kinds of games, then this is one of the best ones out there. It has a unique art style that sets it apart from other Souls-Like games (Only Elden Ring looks better than this one), and it is a quality purchase for any Playstation 4 owner.

I have always tried to fall in love with the Soul's series but I was never able. It's not the difficulty - I find it extremely challenging and rewarding (not to mention frustrating in several occasions). Bloodborne's combat is tight, precise and well executed. The variety of weapons is not big but the ones you have are very different and satisfying. What bothered me most on this game was technical issues with frame rate. At several times the FPS drops to 20. This lack of polish turns me down. I wouldn't say it's a great game but definitely a good one. If you are a fan of the series you should definitely play it. If not, it's worth a try regardless.

This is a fun game. It has a bit of a learning curve but once you get past that, it's a great time.

Love the fact that your character you play is a massive person with massive power in each attack and whom ever came up with the weapons in that game are geniuses n need to make more.

Veeeery difficult! If you don't mind a challenge, this game has great creepy atmosphere and amazingly grotesque enemies.

I'm not a super gamer by any means. But I've played my fair share of games. This game has good graphics and seemed to have a decent story. Problem for me was I couldn't get passed the first part of the game. It's an extremely difficult game. I talked to 3 other friends and they had purchased the game and had the same problem. It's just too hard. If you have to YouTube how to get passed the first 4 minutes of the game then forget it. Others might like the challenge. But seriously, way too difficult.

While I'm not one to play "Dark Souls" type of games, bloodborne draws a very interesting appeal for me. The setting of the game really is enriched with High Gothic esthetics. The music for the game really sets up the mood and atmosphere of orchestrated instruments. If you want to start your "Souls" experience, start here if your a fan.

Not a game I would typically play but the reviews were good and it was on sale so I decided to give it a try. This game can be really challenging but once I figured out what I was doing I enjoyed playing and am glad I picked it up.

I was hesitant on purchasing Bloodborne but I'm very glad I did. The gameplay is insanely hard but very rewarding. Graphics are awesome. Best PS4 game yet, and only available for PS4.
