If you are familiar with the Dark Souls series, you should become familiar with this game. The mechanics and graphics are very similar to Dark Souls but the storyline and characters make it a whole different world to explore.

Definitely one of the best games i have ever played in the last 5 years. This game kept me busy for more than 3 months already. I would give it 6 stars or more if i can. Buy it when there are still a lot of hunters wander around Yharnam.

If you like Demon's or Dark Souls this game is a no brainer. This is easily my favorite of the bunch though; the faster combat, more in-tune upgrades and UI, and vista/enemies make it a treat for anyone who likes challenging combat-based games.

This game will weed out the unworthy quickly. If you can overcome the learning curve, or are in for a challenge, this is for you. Watch reviews to see if you can handle it or not. It is extremely rewarding and has tons of depth and replability.

My first souls game, I got platinum within a month. Difficult at first but if you put time and practice you'll do great. Fear the old blood.

This game is one of the hardest games I've ever played, and I love every minute of it. Spent 30 minutes getting through an area only to get killed right at the end and having to start that area over again, sounds terrible but is insanely fun.

This game is excellent, I enjoyed it tremendously even this late after its release. I wish it was available on other platforms for more people to experience, and for a broader online community.

Compared to most games, Bloodborne is quite challenging. You will DIE, over and over and over. And then you will die again. Visually, this game is superior to just about any other game I have played on the newest generation of consoles.

I have never played a souls game before but I liked the quicker pace of this combat and gave this a try. It was the best purchase I have made for the ps4 so far. It was brutal to learn but is really rewarding when you have the mechanics down.

Its combat is faster than Dark Souls. Its world is somehow more bleak. Its gothic horror aesthetic is more unsettling. It's a better game than Dark Souls. Absolutely get it (and a PS4 Pro to stabilize the framerate).

This is a game that guarantees you that you will die and then die again and then die some more, thing is this somehow makes this more addicting and satisfying. Beating this game is like winning money except the feeling is accomplishment!

Fans of the Dark Souls game will enjoy this a lot. I like the Dark Souls game, but I like this one more. It's intentionally difficult, but that's part of the fun. The enemies are all very visually interesting. Very cool game and a PlayStation exclusive.

Omg.... Bloodborne is one of the best games ever made so far for the next gen console. Bloodborne is so amazing in every way that I can't even describe it. Only thing I can say is please stop by your local best buy store and pick up a copy.

This has to be the hardest game I've played this generation. No hand holding, just you versus the game world. I'm a way, it reminded me of the times I would play the nes and wondering how I was going to get through it. Great fun.

If you love a decent challenge this is the game for you! Even if you lose it never feels like the deaths are cheap. Combat is fun and makes you think about your every move. Graphics are excellent and really set the tone! Get this game now!

Its a great buy for an awesome game that is already a classic for most people and on the PS 4.

This isn't a game for the casual gamer. This if for the old school types that don't need a save to beat the game. Prepare to die, a lot. Prepare to get angry, a lot. Prepare for a challenge. If you have to think about it, you probably aren't up to the challenge and should play Skylanders instead.

Second best souls game behind Elden Ring. Honestly one of the best games ever made.

If you are a fan of the Dark Souls franchise you will live this game. If you are not, well Bloodborne is a great place to start. Fast paced at times and adequately challenging. The graphics & sound are pretty good.Enemies offer a formidable challenge and force you to think a bit more. Great game.

This game is an excellent pick-up if you like a good challenge. It is very similar to the souls games but with much faster combat and the exclusion of the shield and addition of the pistols adds a very fresh new dimension to the combat.
