If you love the Castlevaina games made on the GBA and Playstation this game will more then satisfy. There is a patch coming to make it run and look even better but I thought it looked good already.

I got this game for my son and he says it is one of the better Switch titles to play!!

If you are a fan of Castlevania games this will not disappoint

This captivates the gameplay of old school castlevania games and brings it to another level. Not to spoil it but the story gameplay and controls make it a great addition to the collection

If you liked castelvina simphony it the night then this game will be much better . With amazing side scrolling action and rpg elements. This game has tons of replayability and lots of content

Good game that should be played on any platform but the switch.

Be warned, so far for Switch this game needs some patching to really run right. That being said it is a fantastic successor to Castlevania. Great game with tight metroidvania gameplay.

This is a great game made by people who are clearly passionate about what they do. If you enjoy "metroidvania" style games (specifically Castlevania: Symphony of the Night) this is a must own.

Love the game but the switch version runs nowhere near as well as other versions.

Sadly the switch version got the short end of the stick. Downgraded graphics and sadder frames than the other releases when it was promised all would be created equal. For a 2d side scroller they could have completely optimized and has this ready but rushed it to release. Waiting for fixes but game is still good this far

This game is by the same genius that made Castlevania: Symphony of the Night, one of the best Castlevania games ever. It is phenomenally done, and is receiving updates to make it even better!

Put in 80+ hours. Lots of fun! However, the switch version does have the occasional glitch. Namely: 1.) Loading screens tend to be a bit long (up to 15 seconds at times - usually around 5) 2.) a couple sections of the game have some slowdown 3.) i've had the game crash a a few times Still despite these technical issues, immensely enjoyable.

This game was created by the guy who worked on Castlevania games, including Symphony of the Night, so if you have played any of them, you'll love it. Great old school side scrolling action!

If you enjoyed Symphony of the Night, get this and play it. I've played it all and experienced only two crashes. Save often to avoid the frustration, or just play it on something else.

If you're hankering for a new Symphony of the Night title, this is a great way to recall those glory days. The biggest issue, however, lies with how the game is on the Switch. While patches are currently being developed, the game is not in a terribly great state. Play elsewhere or wait and see how the updates go.

The game itself is amazing. If you are a fan of Symphony of the Night, you will thoroughly enjoy this. The issue with the Switch version is the poor framerate and blurry visuals. The game still has not been patched to address these issues. The PS4 and Xbox One versions run and look fantastic.

Open world, upgrades, deep customization options and overall stellar gameplay.

Surprisingly good Metroidvania! Pretty graphics! Only thing was bothering me is the movement of the main character. If you like Metroid and Castlevania definitely a buy!

If you have been dieing to play another metroidvania game that pays homage to the Castlevania franchise, then this is for you. It gives you everything that you would expect and more.

Plays a feels like the very best Castlevania games of the GBA generation. Challenging enemies, great graphics, interesting upgrades and a huge map to explore. Great game!
