Took this into to a&t, even they could not figure out where the sim card goes.there were a few spots but the phone would not work. It knew there was a card in there but that's it. I returned this and bought a Motorola.

Okay so I purchased this smartphone only because I was very low on funds at the time and I have poor credit so I could not qualify for a decent smartphone through a major carrier. And because the other well known brands were either way too expensive for my budget or they were out of stock, I was forced to choose this model. Let me begin with a few things. First, this smartphone if you even want to call it a "Smartphone" is for someone who barely uses them in the first place. It is NOT for someone like myself who relies on it for everything. I mean yeah it can make calls, send and receive texts, ETC the usual stuff. But beyond that, it SUCKS! I mean, just after you turn it on and do an update, the update itself takes up most of the storage space that is on there! Once that is done, you must update all of your play store apps as well. And I mean just the built in ones! That's before any apps you may want to download and install for yourself! And did I mention that this phone can often shut down?! Just out of the blue! Anyways, STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PHONE!!!

Bought it for my India trip as I needed an unlocked phone. 4G/3G does not work and even basic functionality not up to date.

Don't expect much from this phone (especially since it only costs $50). It's really laggy. I would rather get a dumb phone if it weren't its hotspot ability.

Very good phone, price, and features, I took it in my trip overseas and all I had to do was install the SIM card and it was ready to perform

Bought this phone just to use for a few weeks while waiting for my new phone. I returned it in a few days, it's slow, horrible display, and not user friendly. A flip phone would be faster and better than this guy.
