Incoming calls are working fine, but outgoing calls cannot be made. As per warranty , the phone was replaced with another phone but same model. But still the same issue persists. Outgoing calls not going through(even after following all instructions by BLU customer service)

I read dozens of reviews. It is well made. Back came off easy to insert SIM. Dual SIM meant I could put my old SIM in it to make calls until I received a new one from AT&T (in just two days) . WiFi is working great. Very happy with it. My old phone was 13 years old and I was absolutely refusing to pay the "major maker's" prices. I am going to give it a week's try and buy a couple more if it lasts. I will come back and let you know. But $49 instead of $946?

Spend the extra 25-50$ to get a brand name phone. I bought the phone to replace a phone I lost until I could get the lost phone replaced under insurance. So, I went cheap. I have had the BLU Advance since Tuesday night. I got the SIM and 16GB memory card Wednesday morning. The phone worked fine wednesday and Thursday. then early today, Friday, it decided that it wasn't going to detect the SIM and say my SD was damaged. It was sitting on my desk. I didn't drop it, get it wet, or crush it in my pocket. it literally stopped working for no reason at all. Tried every troubleshooting trick I know (I work in software so I know a lot). I even tried a factory reset. Nothing helped. I understand that this could be a one off problem. But the rest of the issues with the phone support my one star. The phone is flimsy. The resolution is terrible. The camera is terrible. the battery doesn't last at all. The phone will freeze when you try to quickly do anything. They touch sensitivity is awful. The bluetooth cuts out if you inhibit the signal in any way (ie putting it in your pants). The cellular radio constantly drops. The 4GB storage is blatant lie (With the OS and bloat ware you get about 2.3 GB). In summation, I am so upset with myself for being cheap and getting this phone. I would have rather paid $50 to not have to go back to best buy to exchange this junk for another phone.

I like how earphones came with it but it is still hard to hear to hear the person because it's so low. Also, the speakerphone is a joke, it is so low. The keypad is already slowing up and I've only had the phone for a few days. I also like how it comes with a screen protector. I have a battery saver app on this phone and consistently, I am getting a notice that the phone is either too hot or a lot of power is being used. I've only added a handful of apps. On my old (LG Optimus G), I had plenty of apps and I have never gotten those messages. The camera is alright, I do like how there are front and rear cameras and flash.

This is a very good phone have all that you need for the price

Everything about this phone is fine, EXCEPT for the one thing you interact with most directly: the screen. The viewing angle is the worst I have ever seen. If you tilt it even slightly, the image washes out almost entirely. The screen is so bad that the low price and otherwise decent features cannot compensate. I returned it after a couple of days, finding it unbearable.

I got this phone from my sister, who had purchased it several years ago. Initially, I was planning to give it to a friend. However, after playing with it for a little while I decided to keep it for myself. The phone is stylish, responsive, and reliable. I am currently using it in Europe, and have no problems with it. On top of that, it supports dual SIM cards and an external SD card. The battery lasts easily two days, even though it is not new. Clearly, the phone has stood the test of time. For $50, this phone is a great deal. Get it!.

I should have gotten a moto cell phone instead this is a very Cheap phone that I guess it works on a scale of 1-10 i'd give it a 2. The screen is garbage
