I picked up this phone for my oldest child. Overall he likes it and the screen size is almost as big as my note 10 phone.

THE PHONE CONSISTENTLY FREEZES, I BOUGHT THIS AS A REPLACEMENT FOR MY PRIOR PHONE WHICH WAS THE SAME MODEL AND THE MICROPHONE STOPPED WORKING AFTER ABOUT 6 MONTHS, NOT SURE THESE PHONES ARE WORTH THE GAS MILAGE TO PURCHASE THEM BUT THE 40% RESTOCKING FEE BASICALLY PENALIZES A BUYER FOR THE PURCHASE

Purchased this phone for my niece and it kept shutting down for a forced factory restart. Why...This is a new phone. After my research and speaking with the store reps before I purchased the phone, I still received a phone that is useless. To top it off, Best Buy wants to charge me to return the phone for a restock fee. I thought about purchasing a laptop with Best Buy before this ordeal, but now I will not purchase anything else from them.
