They sent me a used phone open and had black fingerprints and scratched and they still charged me a restocking fee for something that is used

Just a word of caution: don’t treat it like a trusted partner for sensitive data—remember BLU’s past malware lawsuit. Great value: Tough, reliable, and affordable enough that you don’t have to worry about drops or rough use. It even comes with a charger and rugged silicone case. Practical, not flashy: Handles all the basics—calls, texts, apps, and internet—without making you pay for cutting-edge features you may never use. Durable display: Colors are a bit dull, but that’s the trade-off for toughness. Unlike fragile flagships with coatings that scratch easily, this phone uses bare hardened glass. No screen protector needed, and after more than a year of abuse, mine is still scratch-free. Worry-free handling: Drop it, toss it in a bag, or use it in rough conditions—it doesn’t need babying. Performance is modest. Too many apps or tabs can slow it down, and the camera is strictly basic. This is very good for the money. It is not a name brand phone. The phone is very responsive. The screen is high definition. The battery life is very good. I use it as a spare when I travel international. The only negative thing is that, the case is not common. The internal storage of 128 GB allows you to store a lot of pictures. The camera also take good quality pictures.

I'm new to BLU and I got to admit that I'm loving the BLU G73, it has 128GB of storage, it's very fast, looks very stylish with the leather finish in the back, and the screen is bright and crisp. More important, it was only 149.99! great deal

This phone is great. The service I got from the geek squad was terrible. They can talk you into getting a contract and then won't accept it. The contract with the Greek squad is a joke on your phone.

The entire FACE came off after just one year of purchase. The screen wasn't cracked, and it was in the case it came with. Additionally, it would only connect via Wi-Fi, although our phone plan includes unlimited data. Lastly, there are a million ads that you have to always close to do anything. The picture quality is nice, sound is nice, camera is nice, and holds a good amount of data, but if you have to always get through ads, or the face pops off and you can't use it, those things aren't very helpful.

I bought a BLU phone before with a large screen, so I decided to try out this one. The screen is big and apps are responsive. Android 13 is more polished than 11. The storage size is ample at 128 GB, and I was easily able to add a 256 GB Micro SD card. The fact that the phone comes with the normal charger, charging cable is to be expected but it also comes with a phone case (a bonus)

It's been a great phone other than the camera isn't the greatest. It takes good photos unless you want to get real close to something then it gets really pixelated. But other than that overall really happy with it.
