This phone struggled to run many apps without issues probably due to the lack of memory. Fortunately it was only a temporary phone until my son's Pixel arrived.

It hangs and auto restart sometimes. I have kept it in box and not using it anymore. I bought it just 2 weeks before.

Best phone when going out of town. I sent the phone to Haiti to a family member and it work great.

I was very satisfied by the quality of this phone. My mom was able to video call me with it.

This is a great idea when you travel outside the US, just buy a SIM card. And you don’t have to pay extra charge do your regular plan.

Not very user friendly. troublesome to get SIM card in, and unlike other BLU phones you can only have one SIM and an SD card or 2 SIMS no SD.

It does the job comparing to other brand names. To take it out of the country is the best option

Super slow and delayed. I can't even play some games or watch videos on it because it freezes.

SLOW, SLOW, SLOW...and freezes up often. Thinking that was the only reason for the low price.

We bought it on December and 3 months later the phone shut down, dont turn on anymore

I returned this phone because the screen kept freezing up. It would not ring out loud even with the ringer volume up. Only 3G.

The characters are bold enough to make typing very easy. Very portable and the design is very unique.

I was originally looking for a 5star product but I tell you for the price, it is really a 5star product I must say

Bought this to use for travel outside US. The good: Inserted a SIM, got a text message that chip is activated. The BAD... Can’t make calls because the microphone doesn’t work. Tried voice recording, google voice, video recording..nothing but static. No phone while travelling for 2 weeks in Europe!!! Hope Best Buy doesn’t charge $35 restocking fee when I return this non working phone.

I got this from a deal on buying simple mobile refill card. the person I gave it to, is very happy with it.
