Not so fast to write.. recommended just for calls and less apps

This phone will get the job done but it is extremely slow. It is hard to even explain...there is a two-three second delay when using your touchscreen before you get any reaction, every app freezes (which is a real problem when using GPS) AND IT RUNS OUT OF SPACE REALLY FAST WITHOUT DOWNLOADING ANYTHING. Plus, adding memory doesn't do a thing, seems to make it worse. I don't knock BLU phones in general; have had one for a while and it was fine except the screen broke...but this one has convinced me to upgrade.

No issues as yet but was told they don't really last long.

More RAM would make it 5 Star Phone, otherwise great value

Frustrated. Bought product thinking it would be compatible with my carrier. Not so. None if the reviews or salesmen told us do. Spent 10 hours trying to figure out how to get it to work to avoid the $30 restocking fee if we returned it which was half the price we paid for it.

This phone has every thing that is needed for a teenager.

I travel out of the country and work very nice good phone

Phone cracks easy, Icons look generic, phone dials numbers without you choosing to dial out numbers and also the phone goes slow to dial numbers and or switch to selected settings on phone. Very cheap and generic phone.

Used it with my TMobile and Globe SIM cards. No issues.

the price of the phone was good. But the actual phone, may as well spend a little more and get an LG or Samsung. Was really slow in comparison but good for a spare I guess

The BLU Grand M is not a bad android phone. Sharp screen contrast and easy to use. The only thing that I do not like about the phone is that when using the inet, the screen tends to lock up a little more than I thought it would. The main issue is with Best Buy. Before purchasing this phone, I was told that since it is an unlocked phone, everything necessary to add it to my T Mobile account could be completed when I purchased it. This is not true. The Best Buy associate stated that they do not carry the Nano SIM Card, so I had to go to T Mobile to purchase it. I can't understand how Best Buy could sell an item and not have the necessary accessories to make it work properly.

It keeps freezing each time I want to use apps and GPS, in fact, it screwed me up on several occasions when making or receiving calls. So had to do away with it. Only .5 star to give.

For the money this is a really good phone, it's fast and has all the features of phones with a big price tag. Great value for the money.

I was going to buy an iPhone the same color but this was so much cheaper and handy too. I like it. Only thing is my pages build up soon so I need to close them in order to continue.
