    was bought for my son, who has a verizon account. But the phone only can use at signals and cards. wasn't any clear way to work this out because the phone was sent to another city.Love BB but this was a bad experience, not a bad phone for the right person

    Got this phone for my boyfriend as a gift and he hates it. The screen locks up and doesn't respond to touch, phone rings but doesn't display anyting (no number, photo, nothing), answer calls and the caller on the other end cannot hear him. This phone sucks!

    Answering phone no problem but anyother features of a smartphone are very slow. Most of the time u give up. I purchased this while my phone was being repaired. I wouldn't buy it again or recommend it
