It was difficult to use, hard to navigate prone to freezing and I never could set up voice mail. Save yourself time effort and money avoid this phone.

Our sales lady Kyra was very helpful with the purchase of the new phone. The screen is very clear. I think it runs neck and neck with other known brands. I would buy this brand again.
