Doesn’t work

The good: Inserted a SIM, got a text message that chip is activated. The BAD... Can’t make calls because the microphone doesn’t work. Tried voice recording, google voice, video recording..nothing but static. No phone while travelling for 2 weeks in Europe!!! Hope Best Buy doesn’t charge $35 restocking fee when I return this non working phone.
