This phone is an ok medium for those who need a temporary phone. The screen FOV is bad and looses color if you barely tilt it left or right. The device feels very sluggish after using name brand phones. It is going to end up being the kids emergency phone which is a good niche for it considering the signal was always good and the battery life is excellent.

Not 4G but not clear at purchase. Lagged a lot when adding/updating apps. Gotta pay more for quality.

I bought this because Amazon, in their infinite wisdom, requires a smartphone to use the software required for their Echo Connect. Which is silly, since many older people with land lines have them for a reason: they do not OWN smartphones. I bought the cheapest one (this one) and was warned by the salesperson that is it slow (it's 3G). The first bad sign is that it can't download the Alexa app. Then, okay, to avoid the $35 restocking fee, I put the contacts in and thought she could just use as a phone. But NO! Calls wouldn't connect and texts wouldn't be sent - no matter the coverage. Went to the ATT store and this phone is notorious for not working - at all. Best Buy refunded all my money after the explanation. It's really not good for anything but looking nice on a table.

This phone sucks , it froze constantly and just lagging Always!

I needed a "unlocked" phone to take to Spain. I purchased a SIM card from Orange Network. 400 minutes of talk and 4GB of data. The phone worked well. Data is very slow but it does work. For a travel phone this is ok but I would not recommend it for your Main Phone.

Purchased as gifts for Christmas. I imagine they will be goodstarter phones for the kids.
