Good phone as a backup when yours is broke and you need a loaner

Bought this for my dad he said he likes it but the internet is slow to load

We returned the first one due to malfunction with brightness and cellphone running super slow. The replacement is slow and have crashes all the time to the point we have to reset the phone. Very dissatisfied, never buying a Blu cell again

I wanted an unlocked, GSM phone for my mother to use in the USA but to also use in a different country. I bought this phone brand new, in March 2018 and the battery stopped charging in May 2018. It says that it’s charging but the battery percentage does not increase, it actually decreased even while it was plugged in and said “charging”; the phone is now actually dead because it did not hold a charge. I tried taking it back to Best Buy to exchange it but they will not do it because it’s past their 14 day return/exchange policy. This should never happen with a brand new phone. I am very disappointed with this phone and do not recommend it.

Great phone for overseas and works in areas without good cell coverage.

With technology of today, it is hard to imagine why such a poorly made phone exists. It is super slow, and freezes all the time. I couldn't afford another phone and I am stuck with this garbage. They shouldn't be selling junk like this.

it is fine but its price is not good. same price u can get better phone

With a little face sweat of summer on the LCD screen - the keypad was taking the wrong number as an input for the entry. If I press 5 - it takes 8 as my input and I needed to wipe the screen everytime. SIM Toolkit app that came with the phone was throwing "Unsupported" error message, out of the box.

Easy to set up, had the features I wanted. Easy to hear calls

Only issue I found was when making a phone call it's a bit delayed

It’s my secondary phone to use for WhatsApp only. I love it

It's a pretty good despite no flash on the front for a selfie.

I think this phone is a good option to be your first smartphone.
