      No SIMs are included with unlocked phones. You must get the SIM from your service provider.

    Incompatible with Metro PCS (although I was advised that any carrier checked on unlocked device boxes would switch without issue) and I got locked out of original device. The BLU device is a waste of money in my opinion from layout to speed.

    We purchased this phone for my daughter. Unfortunately, it is frequently freezing and she isn't able to use it very well. We are getting ready to return it despite the $35 restocking fee. It's that bad!

    You will have trouble making phone calls with device. Please stay away from it . And if you try take it back they have a restocking fee. So you will not get all your money back! But it looks nice .

    Phone went out just before warranty ended and the run-around to get it replaced (not best buy) a nightmare. Juat bought a new one. Buy bestbuys warranty!
