1st one I purchased didn't work, store exchanged it for me and the phone work well for the price. Pro- it works. Cons- volume low on both ends, min storage.

It's a good product and will not recommended to other users because it has a low inbuilt memory and camera sucks...

This phone doesn't do much at all. The battery strength was always weak no matter how long it was charged

So I had this phone literally a month. Than next thing you know it gets glitchy on me. Wrong directions when using Google maps, sending texts at 2am, my settings are being switched without me doing it and it gets hot out of no where. I take it in and best buy wants to give me the same phone I tell them no and after arguing about it for nearly an hour with 1 crying toddler and 2 impatient kids. I about had it when they finally let me get a phone at the store. Next thing you know the mobile tech was staring at it from a distance and says good thing you brought it in when you did the seams on the sides are breaking and the battery is expanding. It could have been a different story.

I have had this phone as a back up for a couple of months and in the beginning it was ok but as the time went on it became very laggy. I thought was because of the pics but I transferred all my pics to the sd card and still there wasnt any improvement. Also I started to get lots of advertisements coming from Blu. I have had to factory reset this phone many times and these ads still come up.

The Blu Grand M2 cell phone gives excellent service, with good memory capacity and ability to make phone calls and surf the Internet. It is very user-friendly and overall a good purchase.

Bought the phone to use for 90 days in Europe with two SIM cards. Second sim still not working even after going to a cell phone show who told me it needed to be replaced. Still cannot make some of the basic features to work including making phone calls which are hit or miss with full services bars. In coming calls work fine. Have tried everything including internet information. As I am still 60 days away from returning cannot return it.

It gets on the internet and you can use apps decently. However, if you are trying to get to the network, it is hit or miss most times

I bought this BLU Grand M2 cellphone about a week ago and enjoy using it. It's simple to use and looks great in classic gold...and the price is very reasonable.

If you're looking for a phone and need it just to make phone calls and answer text messages then this is the phone for you. Works smooth and fast enough to get the job done.

Great value and gets the job done. I bought phone for a family member overseas and they love it. Haven’t heard any complaints. Phone works as it should.

Very nice phone for temporary use. Comes with basic clear case and plastic screen protector. I added an external mini SD card I use for more storage space.

You get what you pay. You can call and answer but other than that it’s okay.

My father purchased this phone to take overseas but it just does not work. He has tried several times and it will not work.

Contains pop-up advertising. Stopped working after a month. Thankfully I had a warranty. Avoid this phone if possible.
