The phone quality is good but battery is not working properly, 100% battery workes only 3 or 4 hours. I want to change the phone.

Last year we bought this same model and sent it to my sister-in-law in Jamaica. Less than a month later she was complaining that the phone would not charge. Eventually it would not come on at all. Thinking that it was a fluke or that maybe the phone had been mishandled we bought another one last week to take with us to Jamaica. My husband decided to test it to make sure it worked. It would not come on at all. We returned it. It seems like a good deal but not if it doesn't work at all.

Got this as an extra phone for a number I don’t use much and it worked at first. But it’s been months since some apps stopped working and nothing seems to help. I only got it for whatsapp and calls. The play store stopped working and whatsapp is outdated because I haven’t been able to download the update. Get something better than this. It really does NOT work after a couple of months.

Cheap. Performed cheap. I didn’t get what I paid for. Not worth the price. Very slow phone. Takes a few seconds to open an app

It's a great looking phone. It has too many apps installed from company so runs very slow! The camera is good! Just wish was not so slow, or constantly rebooting.

I bought it and I went out of the country And when I try to use it it didn't work it all I really don't like don't buy it guys.

This phone is horrible, it never works properly, it glitches and it loads very slow

A complete waste of around $50. I purchased this item only because I destroyed an identical unit belonging to my employer...and need to keep my job. We use only as a "WiFi phone" and even that's nearly too much to ask of this device. In particular, Device Settings are difficult to access and the touchscreen is the pits. Admittedly, I'm not "smartphone friendly."

The phone was nice, but there were two things that really bothered me. 1. The charging port is on the top. Which when trying to use it while charging makes it incredibly uncomfortable. 2. As soon as I plugged in headphones or an AUX cable I'd lose all my service. Wi-Fi, Data, everything. That was very disappointing.

The phone is not very user friendly. My husband has struggled with this phone. Blu is not a very good brand of phone!

This phone is very bad product . Screen stock must all the time. Very loud sounds.

I will not recommend this BLU phone , Best Buy sell the open boxes without telling guest..I bought Sony Xperia phone it’s unable to turn on they unable to find my phone in the system..stores on veterans guest services unable to help you..if you stand there they just pass. And avoid you for any inquiries..I will not recommend this store on veterens

Touch screen not sensitive. Phone broken after a month.

The phone is ok for the price would pay a little more for a better phone

I would not reccomend this phone to someone who actively uses apps.

The chargers didn't work and they keep turning off when using them
