Don't buy it. Purchased a brand new phone and since day 1 the mic wasn't working properly. People couldn't hear my voice...sound was really bad and cutting off all the time. Poor quality that's why was cheap.

Stay away phones laggy cant even run tiktok lol...

This phone is atrocious, even for the low price, I was very disappointed. Do not expect much from this device. If all you need it for is to text and make phone calls, it's great. Need to do anything else at all, you'll run into issues. I was planning to use this phone as a hotspot, and install two apps, that's it. Hotpsot speeds were throttled to 3mbps. Unacceptable. And the connectivity of the 3rd party apps I installed was basically not even there. This phone is way overpriced for what it is.

I bought 4 and 2 out the for had issues the freeze and the touch was having issues

The phone slow..sometimes turn off by its self. ....

I didn't like it. It looked like an open box. I received it like used. Box wasn't sealed properly. But I didn't take it back to the store because I have to pay 45 dollars just because is open, and I didn't open the box , it was opened. Charger, cable and phone look like used

Main screen getting stuck. Unable to move to apps, frozen

Worst phone ever stay away from it, it’s horrible. It only has 2 gb ram so the graphics get frozen with simple apps, but if you just wanna make a phone call or text it’s okay.

Garbage phone just stop working I will never buy blu phone again. Waste of my money.it does not deserve a star

System is too slow better to look for something else

So far it is a good phone, especially for the great price! It is serving its purpose well and everything seems to be working properly. It's a little bigger than I like but I am getting used to it. It was a little weird that it didn't come with a manual or a full charger, only a cable. Best Buy told me that that is how phones come nowadays.

I bought this phone for a family, and so far, she loves it. Per her response, it works well and does exactly what she needs her smartphone to do.

It is a good phone for the price however do not get sucked into buying the protection plan because if the screen breaks or cracks you have to send the phone back to get it fixed. You do not get a phone to use in the mean time.
