The phone is cheap but is also good enough as an unlocked phone. The good thing is that it has dual sim slots, so it's great for traveling overseas.

I bought this phone to use it in India. It worked well. There was no setup issues. The voice quality and web-browsing were fine.

After using iPhones for a long time, I find the features of this one inadequate, but that's to be expected when you switch to a cheaper piece of hardware. I probably could have lived with the inadequate features if the phone hadn't lost voice mail volume (still under warranty, so I could have had it fixed) and if it weren't for having to sign more and more of my life over to Google just to be able to use their services and products. One other annoyance is the hot spot process. The instructions "booklet," if you can call it that, were totally silent on how to find or activate it. I spent hours on the phone with 611. The people I talked to had no idea what kind of phone this was, so they had to really strain to find a solution, which they finally did. But since my phone is my Internet, this was a time-wasting, exasperating, overly complicated, under explained flaw. Long story short, I got rid of this phone after having continuous problems because the phone was too much trouble for what it did--or didn't--do.

This phone is great to use with any Sim card for any carrier.

The charger stopped working after 17 days and now I have to go through the company warranty which is a lengthy process. Also find software bugs.e.g alarm goes on a few minutes late. The battery life is satisfactory though. Will not recommend this product.
