This is possibly the slowest phone I've ever used.

The Good, the Bad and the Ugly. Good - You get a solid Android phone for ~$100. the setup on StraightTalk wireless was seamless. Put in the sim and it immediately worked Bad - The headset jack doesn't work. Battery - not sure it will make it 24 hours without a charge. Ugly - The touchscreen is useless for drawing something (example - playing something like Draw Anything). Depending on what you want, it might be fine. Wasn't adequate for my needs.

The product was as I expected. There is nothing More that I can say.

Phone was low performance, not recommended. Don’t waste your time.

Buy it I think works as expected. Not disappointing

I bought this phone yesterday and returned it today. Not really due to issues with the phone but it's limitations in my usage. After installing my apps, it started to slow down. It does have only 512 mb ram. That's where the problem came about. I am a heavy multi-tasker. Just didn't work for my usage. Otherwise great phone. Thicker than expected. At only $99 good camera quad core dual Sim and sd expansion. Can't beat the price. I returned this phone for the Blu studio X Plus because of more ram and bigger screen.

Super slow connecting t the internet, poor voice quality, poor voice text..overall worst phone I have owned in 20 years..Sad given that I had previously owned a more price BLU phone that was the best...

First and last time shopping best buy online. paid 60$for the phone on sale . Returned it the same day it arrived.felt soo cheap.. Then I was charged $35 restocking fee Wtf!! Not happy at all

Never really worked right. Frustratingly slow, prone to locking up ... didn't really even work well as an MP3 player when we decided to cut our losses and just use it for that.

I bought this for my sister to replace her Windows phone she thought, was bad. She wants her old phone back! She can't hear it ringing or people talking very well and it cuts out on her a lot!

it doesn't connect well,I get no notification on my text box..eg.1,3,6, locks up and does weird things..cheep phone. worst customer service ever

The phone is ok. You have to press the icons more than once to get them to work. I don't think I would buy another one.

I must say this is a total piece of garbage. This device gets service no where that I go.

It has a horrible operating system its way to slow. This phone is not worth your time.

Continously advised me to eliminate other apps. Slow speed. Apps would freeze often.

I am out of the country and hoping to return and change or credit to my account

Last Christmas, I wanted to give my daughter (who also turned 13 in December) an inexpensive basic smartphone. Fortunately, the Best Buy Site listed this Blu phone at a sale price of only $59. After seeing it in-store, I decided to purchase it right away. However, due to its limited phone memory of 4GB, I later still had to buy an Micro-SD memory card (that's for another review). As for the phone, my daughter's quite happy with it, though she wanted a more well-known brand. For a limited budget, this is still good value for money.

After dropping my 1st Blu Play phone in water I decided to stay with Blu Play since I was really pleased with it. This phone has some differences I do not care for. No light up notification when phone is black to indicate a missed call/text...didn't realize how much I used that till I don't have it anymore....Now I can't just glance at my phone to check for missed call/text...I have to look further to see. Volume is hard to control....I miss many calls simply cause I did not hear them...if anyone knows a solution please advise. This phone does have a lag my older Blu did not have. On the plus side I really like the bigger phone and low price. Just gotta give Best Buys a shout out.... great customer service...I have bought many things and very please with the process of buying threw them.
