Poor battery life. Not responsive. Serious lag ...

I've had this phone for 6 months, bought from Best Buy in Coon Rapids. I do not have games or other apps on my phone to make it run slow. However when sending a text message and the phone goes to rest mode, you wake it up and the keyboard is locked on top of your lock screen so you can not get in, And I love how it re-starts itself all the time. While I am charging it, while I am on the phone. I'm lucky if I can get one word in during a conversation without it turning off. This phone is a piece of work and if BLU or Best Buy stands behind their products they would take this one and give me a new one, of my chose.

A good mobile to be used internationally, lightweight, wide screen, easy to set up. I inserted a memory card and this increased my capacity for files and applications.

Do you like apps to freeze after a few minutes? Do you enjoy random shutdowns? Does an unresponsive interface with lots of lag give you a special kind of joy? Do you feel warm and fuzzy when you can't take a picture because the camera is so slow? If you answered yes to any of these questions, you'll love this phone! If you answered no, your best bet is to spend a bit more money and buy a phone that is actually functional. I wouldn't recommend this phone to even the lightest smartphone users; after a few hours of light use I was noticing a startling amount of lag. I tried turning off the background apps, which was totally ineffective. I didn't expect this phone to be a powerhouse, but I did expect it to be able to carry out basic tasks. Seriously, don't buy it.

My previous phone had firmware issues that the Geek Squad wouldn't fix, (even with paying a warranty). So I bought a cheap phone to hold me over until I can upgrade. This phone is only used for calls, texts, and an occasional email. When it rings, I can't wake the phone up in time to answer the call. When I send a text, it tells me 24 hours later that it didn't send. If I try to open facebook, I can go for a 4 mile run by the time it opens. When I try to scroll down, it looks at me like I'm crazy. For my low usage, it should run faster than this. I am extremely disappointed in the Geek Squad and this silly phone. It's logo should just be a question mark (?). Please don't buy such a cheap phone.

I went to the Best-Buy store and they told me the phone will work everywhere but apparently it does not work properly in MANY countries in Europe. Apparently certain countries have different grid and the wireless connection DO NOT WORK Do not buy it if you going abroad.

The mobile phone is OK, but I decided to return device and by one with bigger screen.

This phone works fine and response is good . I needed an Android phone for work to run a work related program and refused to get caught up in a long term contract . Calls are clear and the speed to run apps and programs is fine . As long as your not living in your phone 24/7 this phone is the right tool for the job .

Brought this for my grandson , lasted four months and it died.

Simple easy to use phone with nothing fancy on it.

Terrible terrible phone. The processor is extremely slow. I have very few apps on it.It takes a long time switching from my Text app to the Dialer. The clock keeps changing on me abruptly to different time zones. Today I missed picking up my son from school because it skipped back an hour. I cannot trust it anymore. The location is very slow to pick up so the GPS will constantly be stuck on, Re-routing when seeking an alternate route for you. Sometimes I have had to pull off the highway and park my car for the Location to be picked up. Do not buy it unless if it is just a phone you need for a week and not more. Cheap phone okay but don't waste your money on it.

This phone is very nice for very simple users. Not recommended if you want faster and lag free response. Price should be lower.di

I have to say I have had my fair share of cell phones in my day but, this by far was the worst purchase of my life. I received service no where that I went, I could never get a signal in some of the largest metro areas on the US.

This phone with 5 MP "camera" is really slow working one. Even for this price. "GPS" function is unstable. I will return it asap.
