Don't waste your money on this hot garbage.

There is not one thing good about this phone. It's the laggiest thing in existence, spends more time looking for service than with service - i know it's the phone, my old phone had service everywhere, as does the rest of my family on the same network, it just closes whatever apps you are using at will, the reception is HORRIBLE, the touch screen in unresponsive at times. I think either someone paid the people who wrote good reviews or they never had a smartphone in their life. Please don't buy this phone, it sucks.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’m so unhappy. I wanted an extra none-Apple device and so I read thru the reviews and chose this phone. I live abroad but asked someone who was on business there, to buy this phone for me. I got it and the phone is unresponsive. I do as I normally do with a new phone, I plugged in the charger and there’s nothing! There is no light coming on when I try to charge it. It’s just dead. I feel so upset because I can’t take it back and i will just have to buy another phone.
