Seriously, it's hot garbage. I've had it since Christmas '18. There is not one thing good about this phone. It's the laggiest thing in existence, spends more time looking for service than with service - i know it's the phone, my old phone had service everywhere, as does the rest of my family on the same network, it just closes whatever apps you are using at will, the reception is HORRIBLE, the touch screen in unresponsive at times. I think either someone paid the people who wrote good reviews or they never had a smartphone in their life. Please don't buy this phone, it sucks.

I’m so unhappy. I wanted an extra none-Apple device and so I read thru the reviews and chose this phone. I live abroad but asked someone who was on business there, to buy this phone for me. I got it and the phone is unresponsive. I do as I normally do with a new phone, I plugged in the charger and there’s nothing! There is no light coming on when I try to charge it. It’s just dead. I feel so upset because I can’t take it back and i will just have to buy another phone.

After I got the phone I noticed when you talk it sounds very distorted. Like you are far away quiet often. I also can not play my favorite game Golf Clash on it. It opens the game up then returns to the home screen. It is a good size but thats the only thing good about it. I will be going back to my old phone.

Right after purchase it ran slow. Lot of lagging. Two days later I had dropped it and it shattered the entire screen. I don’t think I’ve ever owned a phone that broke after the first time I dropped it. Great concept from BLU but they need to work with more sturdy material. I’ve had BLU phones for the past 4 years on none of them are built strong enough.

this phone is very bad, i used only few days the battary was gone and the charging system was also gone. I will never recommend this to anybody.....

It lags a lot, touch screen is unresponsive. the software needs an update

I would not recommend it for men that work in the oil field broke with in a week an bent.

I wouldn't say buy one of these since I had to return ten minutes after I bought it because it wouldn't power on they didn't have one left in stock so I went to another Best Buy store and pick one up and had to return it for battery issues the next day too.. Kind Junk I'd say.

I wanted another phone. Saw this at Best Buy. Thought the price was good. Used it for 3 days and the phone crashed. The OS was trying to reset. But no luck. This phone is made by Blu. I will never by another Blu phone again. I took it back and got me one I'm happy with.

Horrible. No service most places. When I do have service it goes away as soon as I make a call. I expected the phone to be slow, but on the the rare occasions I can make a call it takes 30-45 seconds to connect. Same with texting. It takes at least a minute for texts to send. I've tried phone with 2 separate sim cards that work fine in other phones. When you use dual sim cards you typically get service with only one at a time. And its random as to which one works and which one doesn't. If it wasn't for best buys $35 restocking fee I would return it. Given the fact that I got a bundle and only ended up paying $49.99 for it its not even worth the trouble to send it back. The restocking fee will I sure that I never buy a cell phone from best buy ever again. Extremely horrible experience

The picture shows that the phone comes with a case, but it didn't. When I called Best Buy they were like its not suppose to come with a case. My question is, if it doesn't come with a case then why is there a picture of case? And where are we suppose to buy a case for this phone cuz clearly there is no websites or places that sells cases for this phone. And the camera is very poor, it isn't as high as they are saying, so do NOT buy it.

When I got this phone it worked great but after the 14 days where I couldn't return the phone it started running badly then a little after that one of the speakers stop working on it this is a bad phone don't wast your money on it.
