This phone was advertised as Sprint compatible...come to find out after countless time spent with tech support that it was not. Easy curbside return.

Bluetooth has connectivity issues with devices. Speaker is on the back which makes hearing stuff bad. Processor it appears slower than my BLU XL I previously had. Camera capabilities and functions are hard to use and understand. Real real low budget phone and capabilities.

It looked like a nice phone but verizon or cellular could not unlock it. Had to return.

Order 2 phones one came with a good battery and the other one the battery didn't work

So slow as to be unusable. There must be some sort of defect with the radios in this, or the processor can't handle the LTE and wifi speeds - LTE doesn't go above 4-5 Mbps, and wifi doesn't go above 20-30. The LTE defect is a dealbreaker. Going back. I figured maybe I got a bad one since I ordered an open box, but I ordered a new V5 and that one is slightly worse.

Bad audio features. Speaker is very low. Can hear the incoming calls with clarity.

I bought two of these phones. They were not unlocked and it was a nightmare trying to get this rectified. If I were to explain everything here you would be reading a book.

This phone is horrible. Cant hear when making or receiving calls. The screen shakes ever time touching the screen. Its hard to push the charger i to the phone.

Complete waste of money. The associate was uneducated on the product and I couldn't use it with any service provider due to the fact that it's not 5g compatible. A waste of my $140.

I purchased open box. Came with the wrong charger. No memory card. Plus they want a 45.00 restocking fee for a return. I had to spend additional 55.00 to get working.

After buying it for 2weeks,problem with microphone. Nobody can hear me when I called,the recorder did not pick voice.i can't use the phone.

It is not working oter country out side of USA. Not even detecting any SIM.

I had this phone for about three weeks went to network busy and then it shut down on me after that It won’t turn on not worth it

Not a great platform even for a starter smart phone. Returned and purchases a Samsung A11

terrible item. It overheat. Worst product ever. Stay away

I can't hear when someone call me on the phone, even with the speaker on.
