    Every single time the phone turns back on its reset to factory mode. I have to select everything all over again add all accounts, download all apps..its awful...phones going back.

    Constantly Crashes and reboots itself. Cannot click a link from like email to open browser or address to open maps because it crashes. have to cut and paste and open app yourself and then it works. But the phone and sms's come and go, just don't try a link outta message and it does work.

    I bought this phone for my husband. He really liked it. It was easy to use. It even came with a case and screen protectors. We returned it the next day because it took forever to charge. After 4 hours of charging, it only charged to 94 percent. I packed it up and returned it without a problem.
