Stay away from this cheap device

Factory resetting it was slightly the quick fix but kept happening all over. This Blu brand might not be making devices from the best quality.

Phone would not make calls

Sometimes I would dial and it would give me a message about call forwarding. I had to return the phone then got charged $29 for returning a phone that didn't make calls
