Phone became sluggish and broken after only a few months

My phone stopped working after having it for only 16 days. Waste of money.

After just a week it's working fine. I'd had a Blu 4L burner that lasted 2 years. I'm hoping for the same from this one. I'm not a demanding user. My phone has to make calls, texts, email, other basic apps. This one is better than the 4L in every way. The design is beautiful. It comes with a case. The screen is perfectly ok. Battery could be stronger and the thing could use more memory, but they'll do. Mostly I'm hoping the build quality is adequate. The longer this lasts, the happier I'll be with it. Remember this is a $60 telephone. Yes, my iPhone is better. It also cost more than $60.

Is an extremely cheap phone that works pretty well as a backup phone, It holds WhatsApp, Uber and all the apps you need. Not fast but it works

Horrible. Absolutely horrible. I don't know how the company is comfortable putting out such a poorly performing product. I bought this because my phone died and I needed something for a few days as a backup device and tried this as an option to just have for emergencies around the house. I would rather have no phone than have to use this. I knew this was basic. I just needed it to make calls, text, maybe some google maps and google play music. None of these are what I would have thought to be very taxing on the device. Holy crap. A few second lag when executing something I was expecting, but I was waiting sometimes 10 seconds to open up a new text message. Then wait for the keyboard to popup to reply. Then wait a few seconds for every word to pop up while I text.I know I'm complaining about major first world problems but I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. Battery life was also just horrible on this thing. Overall a piece of junk. If I have a bad experience with something I would rather keep it to myself than publicly bash something like this but it was so frustrating just try to make a call and text I was compelled to say I hate this device. I would seriously ask the CEO or whoever is high up in BLU if they really think that this is an acceptable product to put in the market? Who is this designed for? It can't even be reasonably used to make calls and text without just lagging.

I needed a 2nd phone for using on a just phone line and I seen this for such a great price. I didn't think it would do much more but it has alot on it for the money. Works good for what I need it for.

I can understand why this phone can't have multiple apps because it just does not have the computing power and storage but the fact that it can't make/receive phone calls and send/receive texts is ridiculous. Those are the basic functions of a cell phone.
