I bought this phone at a Best Buy store and tried it out for about 6 to 8 weeks. Sold this phone after getting the Blu Vivo One Plus. Pros: Price, comes with case, adequate backup phone, headphone jack. Cons: Slow, typing gestures not always accurate, poor battery life, unnecessary Blu apps (best to disable them), not worth the price (Vivo One Plus is only $20 more and clearly a better phone. Call quality is also average. Going on the internet and performing basic tasks on this phone is doable but you can see a definite lag time which can be frustrating. I would say that the phone is maybe worth $80 to $100. As I stated before, it only costs $20 for a clearly better phone, the Vivo One Plus which is bigger, faster and has a much better battery.

Eye catching phone along with outstanding build quality. Very good HD+ display (no Gorilla Glass) with vibrancy & outdoor readability. Camera's are really good IMHO, very good battery life, signal strength (to no surprise) design & outstanding feel in hand and an outright gorgeous phone. I also like the fingerprint features as well. No LED notification light or if it is I have yet to find such in the settings menu which is my only gripe. The MTK6739 SOC clocked @ 1.3 GHZ paired with IMG PowerVR GE8100 GPU is more than capable...scored 40000 on Antutu which is really good for a low end quad core CPU & GPU. After my initial setup out of the box, the Blu Vivo One was extremely glitchy but after setup and backup with WIFI on while charging, I did a factory reset which is highly recommended after setup and any type of system updates and after reset the phone is running great. I also changed the response times to .5 in the developer options too but all n all I'm extremely satisfied with the Blu Vivo One!

The BLU vivo one is a very decent phone with an 18:9 screen 5.5 inches and not a lot of bezels and the price of the phone is amazing. Curved display as well which is excellent for a phone in this price range. For phone calling,texting and surfing the web and watching videos is where this phone shines. If you’re looking for this phone for gaming or for editing photos I would look to a mid range android phone because the processor is a little on the weak side.. but performance is great for basic task and some mild usage. Best Buy... you need to change the description though of the screen resolution. it’s 720p by 1440p and not 1920 by 1080p. I would still recommend this phone the screen is very good for the price.

First and foremost I just picked this phone up today needed an unlocked phone for a trip out of the country my EDC (every day carry) is a gs7 edge and I must say I was blown away when I unboxed this little diamond in the rough. First off the UI (user interface) is solid as well as the OS (operating system) for $139 your getting a solid phone out of the box. It comes with a screen protector already installed perfectly and an extra one in the box. Also a good grippy case and a pair of interesting headphones. The headphones are as solid as the phone but cheap you have to twist it into that sweet spot but once you do their actually pretty good they have a great balance of mid trebble and bass I was very surprised. They have a play/pause button and a mic no volume control though. Back to the phone the camera isn't anything to write home about but the keyboard is on point. The buttons are clicky and the fingerprint scanner works everytime. Over all if you need a good cheap phone with everything you need right out of the box you can't go wrong with the Blu vivo one.

ATTENTION CUSTOMERS planning to buy BLU mobile phones. So far I have bought 2 BLU phones one is previous version of VIVO and VIVO 1+. The first phone gave location problems hence navigating in maps was horrible and had problems in driving due to this problem. It was also very slow and used to freez quite often. Than I gave that phone to my senior friend who just make and answer calls and bought Vivo 1 plus. Unfortunately this phone bends when ever I keep the phone in my hip pocket. One day my phone started to switch off and switch on by itself automatically without stopping until the its battery dead. I took it to point of sale and complained. Phone department agent visually troubleshot the problem and found that the body is bent and due to this small bridge next to the power button slot has bulged inwards depressing power switch, so he took a pencil knief and pulled it upwards. Phone started working than I went away but now the same has bulged upwards more preventing me to turn off and on during night sleep. There is also a outward bulge on sim card slot. I think due to this display screen next to power button is slowly coming out and I have to keep pushing screen back, also the phone function is very slow. I emailed and called BLU product support to place complaint but they are not ready to take ownership and asking me to ship on my own and also pay $60 for no mistake of mine. This shows their customer service and their product quality.

Excellent mid-range phone with great battery life. Unlocked to work with all carriers. Really pleased

The first day this cell phone was very impressive. After 3 days incoming calls couldn't hear me most of the time, when on speaker there was static sounds, while on a call it's difficult to place one call on hold and answer the incoming and the list goes on and on... Had Samsung Galaxy phones prior to this, this one is a shameful waste.

The first phone I got charged but never turned on. Took the phone back to the store the same day and got a replacement. After 2 days the replacement phone wouldn't charge. Even the store manager that I spoke with confirmed that Blu produces low quality, unreliable phones.

One of the worst phones ever to be made and programmed, definitely is not worth the money and the music app isn’t even on the phone. Item won’t even connect to other devices to put other data (photos, music, etc.) in the phone.

THIS IS THE WORST PHONE IVE EVER BOUGHT. WASTE OF MONEY. I WOULDN'T TAKE THIS IF THEY PAID ME. It's slow, got a virus that I can't get rid of within a SINGLE HOUR. if you can't tell I'm verrrryy heated

Quit working 2 weeks after I bought it.Alli can do is a reset which destroys all my contacts
