Very pleased with this phone. My last several phones have been Samsung Galaxy high end phones so I was prepared to be disappointed with such an inexpensive phone, but I was wrong. I like this phone just as well as those flagship phones. This phone has a great screen, decent camera, runs apps and games well, actually has better reception on AT&T than my Note 9. Face unlock, fingerprint scanner, multi-tasking, FM radio, wireless charging, Android Oreo 8.1 out of the box with promise of Pie... wow that is a lot of great features in a phone at this price level. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 only because there is one feature it is missing that I really needed, and that is wi-fi calling. My house is in a cellular dead zone and wifi calling was a much used feature on my Samsung devices. I also liked that the Vivo XI+ came with a screen protector ALREADY APPLIED! Well done Blu. It also came with 2 phone cases, one clear and one with some groovy artwork on it, and an extra screen protector. A set of headphones was in the box, along with an USB adapter because the device has no 3.5mm headphone jack. Not a big deal to me but there is a little worry that I might lose the adapter. One thing that puzzled me for a bit was the phone screen would light up when I put it in my shirt pocket... turns out there is a smart gesture called Raise to Wake that works with face recognition to unlock the phone when you just raise it. When I disabled that, the phone screen quit coming on in my shirt pocket, but I do need to press the power button for face recognition to work. Different people will want different options though... and this phone sure offers plenty, and they all work really well. To sum up, I like this phone just as much as the more expensive flagship phones from Samsung, just wish it had wifi calling. Well done Blu!

Would have gave four or five stars if it weren't for the fact it is supposed to be able to update to Android 9.0 pie. The support site just runs you around in circles and looks like I'm stuck with 8.1

Great at first, but 6 months in and my husbands battery expanded. Sent it in for warranty and they actually fixed it and sent it back. Which is a good thing, but the battery should not be expanding in the first place. Now on my phone the silver seems to be wearing off the phone. Never had another phone show wear so quickly. Both phone are 6 months old. Also my phone doesn't ring half the time.

I had recently purchase this phone and already the text alert doesn't work so here I go again taking it back for a different phone so I'm not to happy

Bought this phone because of the specs but little did I know that the hardware would be so bad. Charging port was defective and phone would not charge.

Issues: It restarts and it freezes up.. Ugh!!.....

This phone is not receiving all calls or texts. Provider says it's the phone. All outgoing works, just every now and then it won't let calls through

Worked fine for a couple months. After that reboots by itself and wifi works intermitently.

At first I thought this was a good phone......I was wrong. Had problems with texting, bluetooth, speaker to quiet, not updating to latest version as advertised. Spend the extra money and buy a good name brand phone.

Broke the screen with in the 1st month of owning it. Thankfully I had Geek Squad protection, but then when they replaced it with new one. The screen broke again and when I took it back in Best Buy geek squad protection is void after one time use, even though it was still within that first year. So do not buy this phone and do not waste money on geek squad protection.

I loved this phone...but its capabilities when using bluetooth are very very poor as well as using the phone e speaker is inaudible. You can't hear anything and connot control the volume in any capacity to make it audible.

I didn't like this it did not work on the hotspot I would not reckoned this phone

Even with a screen protector and in a case the screen cracks. I've gone through two now. I feel like the first one was my own fault, but this time I put a tough screen protector on it and a different case that is bulkier and it hardly dropped on the ground and the screen cracked.

Won't stay connected with Bluetooth or wifi or mobile data.

I'll try to be short. I use/ have used a lot of phones. Currently I have the Mate SE, Moto E5 plus, and Blackberry Keyone. This phone is fast. Smoother than all the phones listed above. The battery life has been amazing. I've been playing Lord's mobile, power rangers, and PUBG and my phone still has over 70%. The cameras are great. Really good as long as you have light. In low light the cameras are useless. Too much nosie and just garbage. There seems to be no kind of stabilization as well. That has been my only con about the phone. Remember though this is only a $250 phone so it's worth a lot than they are selling it. There is no LED notification as well. The screen looks amazing I can't believe how clear it is. The speaker is loud. Does not lag to bring up websites like the phones I listed above. The phone feels like a premium phone made of great materials, you will feel it in the weight and i absolutely love it. Take advantage of the cases that comes with the phone as it's very slippery. The software could be optimize a little more for the notch and I wish they would give us the ability to change the DPI. This phone is a lot faster than my Mate SE. If you're looking for a new phone and don't take many low light photos than this phone is for you. I'm extremely excited. I think they are selling this premium phone cheap to get the attention of the public and putting flagship manufacturer on notice. Take full advantage of this device and it's price. I'm sure they will make more premium devices and raise the price once they get noticed. One last thing. They are already working on the software update to Android P.

Phones unable to answer calls get voice commands or any mic outgoing voice anything! Can not use phone for calls period! Only had phone for couple weeks!

Got phone and after 30 days the phone started to turnoff by itself. Not only that every other day it did the same thing. Touch the fingerprint and phone goes off.

I bought this phone hoping that it will work on my 2018 RAM Rebel. I dont have any issues on S9+. But on this phone its just black screen on my uconnect then the phone will reboot..July patched already applies but still same issue

This phone constantly froze, rebooted, lost connection to wifi and bluetooth, all kinds of issues, nothing resolved it.
