It worked great with Acid , the clips were a bit high however this was mainly operator error.

A really good microphone

I had to get a foam cover for it, but once I figured out the modes it sounded almost perfect. Gain is extremely powerful too so I would only use it if you are decently far away from it.

When I decided to try my hand at video production I went for this model and was delighted by what I found. The quality of construction is first rate. The "retro" styling is attractive. Yet it is the performance that counts. There is very good voice reproduction and the control of the direction of input is intuitive and makes the mike useful for single speaker, and 2 or more person interviews as well. The power and headphone jacks are convenient on the bottom of the mike.

Found this mic and I like it. Easy to setup. I just to figure out how to reduce the echo.

It tends to swing downwards with its own weight, but if positioned correctly that shouldn’t be an issue. Overall a solid mic.
