Shipping issues but great product

I had the item shipped and the box was severely damaged and ripped down to the product inside. The exchange process was easy and I was able to get a replacement in an undamaged box the next day.

Regardless, it's still a pretty good microphone. Just make sure you put a warranty on it considering my first one broke a year in.

Also, because it wasn't isolated from the desk, any tap was picked up by the mic. Typing and talking is not an option if this is going to sit on your desk. If you're podcasting or doing voiceovers, then I am sure this is great. If you're just trying to Zoom (Skype, Teams, etc) then a high-quality over-the-ear Bluetooth headset may be a better buy.

Posted .Hello, JK280! I'm sorry to hear about your experience with the Yeti microphone. To help eliminate keyboard noise you could try switching the microphone setting to Cardioid (the slightly heart shaped setting on the back of the microphone) and move the microphone in front of the keyboard. Although the others had a nice design they didn't compare to the quality of this one. I do however feel that the mic was a little pricey. You should consider lowering the price to around $89.00
