    This mic does not last very long. I had set it up how it should be, and after reconnecting it to use it again, it did not work again. However, the company has a great return policy so that's why it has 3 stars.

    Well up on inspection of the box it was in perfect order. Upon opening the box it was all there. There for it works perfectly and they should make you have to use so many words to say it’s awesome.

    Best product. Great Value for Money. I am glad I finally purchased this one. For office work, meetings, and teaching classes, the thing works well. I am thrilled with my purchase. Highly recommended.

    it is too expensive if it os not on a deal. I found blue color more attractive.

    Bought this for my son for gaming and making YouTube videos. He has a gaming headset, but thought this would be better; it is not and we returned it.

    Logitech doesn't build these things right. The port is loose. And since it's plug and play, the cable falls out all the time. Even if you manage to keep the USB in, you have to wiggle it and hold it a certain way before it works again. The volume button is also loose. Whoever is in quality control did not do their job. It's well within warranty and Logitech expects me to send pictures, ticket number, copy of receipt and they might just decide to service it instead of replacing it. Logitech, do better! I'd rather my money back at this point.

    It's a decent microphone but the competitors are miles above it and priced about the same. I also find it sketchy that logitech is hiding that it's one of their products but that is a minor thing.

    I was unable to synch this mic with my iMac. I contact apple and they could on get one portion of the mic working at a time. It became frustrating. You would think that having professional help the mic might work, however it did not. I tried a couple of times with apple agent supporter but each time only one portion of the mic would respond and that is one could hear me loud and clear but I could not hear any response.

      Hello, I am sorry to hear about the issues you are experiencing with the microphone. You will not hear anyone from the microphone unless you have headphones plugged into the bottom of the microphone. Then you will need to make sure the headphone volume is turned up and that it is selected as your audio in source on the computer. I hope this helps!     The microphone quality is absolutely amazing and is compatible with my PlayStation 5, however Xbox is not compatible which was the main purpose but the microphone itself is amazing.

    It worked fine. But it wasn’t good enough to justify spending $143 after tax on it. I decided to stick with my MacBook mic

      Hello Matthew. Thank you for taking the time to write your review of the Blue Yeti microphone. I'm sorry to hear that you couldn't justify the cost of the Yeti and returned it to the store. If you would like something that sounds much better than your built-in mic but costs a lot less, I recommend the Snowball. The Yeti Nano is also an excellent microphone and has a smaller footprint (and price tag) than the Yeti. Hopefully when it comes time to get an external microphone again, Blue will be your first choice.

    Great recording, poor usb port

    Blue mics have great sound recording, but after 3 months the usb port completely broke from the board. It was not moved around much and looked like this may be common problem looking online. Inside the mic housing there is no support for the micro usb port other than it's soldering to the board inside. Perhaps I got one with a weak soldering job from the factory, but Blue refused to support the problem and now I have a useless mic after 3 months.

      Hi Steven, we're sorry to see you're having some durability related issues with your Blue Yeti Microphone. If you purchased the Geek Squad Protection from Best Buy, you can always take it to them to swap out with another Yeti Microphone. Otherwise you will have to go through Blue to have them replace it for you. Hope that helps.

    When it worked it was amazing crystal clear, I turn off my computer and come back sometime later turn on my computer and then all I hear is static, I did nothing to it, it was sitting on my desk and it just broke I don't know how but that is ridiculous that a product of this cost could go from amazing to worst purchase I've ever made for my computer

    I do not recommended it! I would give this item more stars but I returned this item twice and I finally kept the last one and after 2 months the cable messed up again. I went back to the retail store I started and explained to them what happen and they told me to just buy another cable which I did. Well 4 months later the cable messes up again and it’s only been 6 months since I bought the product and I am not satisfied at all. I finally reached out to the company and they told me they have cables they can sell me. I was shocked, because it’s their product and they should stand by their product quality but instead told me I could buy one on their website. Never buying their products ever again.

      Hi, Sorry to see you were having connectivity issues with your Yeti Microphone. For you to have gone through so many cables for the Yeti microphone, it is possible that the USB port on your computer is not functioning correctly and either not producing enough power to the cable, or it's shorting it out.     Way over priced for this mic. The software for the mic is trash. Does not work well with OBS or many other streaming programs. It is a good back up mic if you can find one cheap.

    I bought an open box mic and i thought it worked fine till i heard it the mic keeps cutting out and there’s a weird grinding sound when I talk im pretty upset about the purchase and didn’t even realize until after the time i could return it.
