Bought this as a Christmas gift for my son-in-law, who does professional -level video production. He's really happy with it.

This microphone seems to be at the point right before going into the higher end of the audio recording range. It needed a filter to clean up some of the popping sound (see other technical reviews) and that made it a good quality recording without any extra work.

This microphone is excellent for discord and games my friends can hear me clearly and adjusting the mic volume is easy and simple.

This mic is hands down the best in this category. Blue mics have always produced a superior sound, most of which run phantom power, but this mic is great for the recorder on the move! Great set up out the box, and it has a headphone jack right on the mic! This was a great buy!

This is an excellent microphone. It simply connects to your PC via USB, it has adjustable gain and directional pick-up. Great for narrations, interviews, reviews, etc. My only complaint, is I wish there was an off button, instead of having to disconnect it from the USB port. If I could, I would give this 4.5 stars instead of 4. I would highly recommend getting the shock mount by the same company because this microphone is so sensitive (which is a good thing), that it picks up even the slightest noises.

Most of us buying mics are novices. I spent a lot of time researching for what I need and I finally settled on this one. It sounds great and full. It has many features that are actually likely to be used. Not the cheapest but worth it.

Best Buy had the best price for the Blue Yeti at the time purchased. I have two Blue Yeti mics. We use them for music instruction over Zoom, podcasts, as well as making orchestral recordings. This is a very versatile microphone with a low noise floor and fantastic sensitivity. With four polar patterns (cardioid, stereo, omnidirectional and b-directional) you can do a lot with this; table interviews, podcasting/vlogging, instrument recording, and full frequency room recording. This mic is a no-brainer for content creators, musicians and music educators. I don't think that there is a more versatile mic at this price point.

10/10 works way better than my headset mic. Cool different features on the mic as well.

I'm new to making music so when looking for good sound I did some heavy research and came up with the yeti the it's compatible to some of the other well known brands that my friend use they were even amazed how close it compared to there $800 mic. Grab some filter software and can't tell the difference!
