The Blue Yeti Microphone works as a better alternative to built in microphones found in most gaming headsets. sound is clear, and can be adjusted with different settings. This guy is also great for music production.

I bought this for gaming and it has exceeded all my expectations. I would highly recommend for gaming. Sounds are crisp and it's not in the way too much while in front of you on your desk. I recommend buying a stand for it.

This mic is great. Quiet, clear, no popping, crackling, rumbling, makes good clean communication for Skype, Zoom, and recording piano teaching demos. Unfortunately, it has a fatal flaw - the USB connection is highly unstable and breaks with nothing done to it at all. Apparently it's easy to fix if you feel competent at taking the entire mic apart, and are good at soldering. That makes most of us unable to fix it. Fortunately I had a 2 year replacement plan. I also bought another one because I couldn't live without it. So I will end up with 2 or them and hope at least one works for a long time.

My grandson, loves his Christmas gift. He is very pleased with all the functions available in this speakerphone. It's also a very attractive and well built piece of equipment. The sound is also great.

there are always deals and sales on these microphones and you can always buy them cheap. they're very good quality and good microphone for beginning podcasts, narrations, etc.

Very good USB microphone. Pretty okay for recording music, too. When using it be sure to feed your speakers from the microphone jack.

The pickup sound quality and recording directions of the yeti is totally amazing! It's a microphone I highly suggest for podcasting, interviews and similar work. I'm sure it would be awesome for music recording too!
