I bought this mic for VoiceOver work, and for a non-tech person like me, it's wonderful. It was very affordable and super easy to use. I should have bought this a long time ago. I was so impressed the first time I used it, my 10-year old son likes it so much, he tries to sneak it into his room to use it whenever he gets the chance!!! He's a total tech geek!!!!

I purchased this microphone a few months ago and I absolutely love it! Provides great clarity for my videos. There is a little bit of a learning curve as their directions are pathetic! You will, however, learn with experience the settings that work best for your videos, etc. I wished I had purchased this mic first instead of buying a cheaper mic (Snowball) which didn't even work properly for 3 or 4 months! It's huge! Made of metal and makes great recordings. Works on my PC Windows 10 and Apple El Captain laptops.

This is an excellent microphone with only 2 drawbacks. The sound quality is amazing, it overall a great mic. The only 2 downsides are; 1. The weight - I know the weight is a direct result of the build quality but....I wanted to use this for voiceover work and for that sort of application in my home studio I needed it to be near my computer. The weight required me to purchase a RHODE studio mic arm (great idea to pick on up the run about 100.00 usd) this in conjunction with the Blue shockmount for the Yeit are a perfect combo. 2. The stand that comes with it - The stand looks amazing however it offers no shock protection and if you're using it on the same surface your typing on expect to hear every key stroke. Overall when combined with the arm and the mount it's perfect for my uses!

Most people know about Blue Yeti usb microphones by now. If this is in the budget just get it. Really solid product that is a no brainer if you’re in need of a mic.

Purchased one for my oldest grandson and he loves it. Age 24. Just purchased another for my second to oldest grandson for Christmas. I know he'll love it. Sound quality great, ease of use fantastic . It's a good weight..quality plus!!

Incredible! We utilize this for online teaching of yoga/fitness. Sound quality is fabulous. Takes some time to get the settings in order for the activity your using it for but for the amount of money spent, it’s definitely worth it

I bought this for my son who like many kids these days wants to be a famous YouTube personality. The sound quality is top notch for the price range. The mic itself is very solid (heavy) and you can tell it is a quality product that will be very durable and last you for a very long time. He has used it for VLOG's and for voice recording (singing) on some of the songs that he has written and recorded. The sound quality is very crisp/clean. You can tell a huge difference between this mic and other mics that are less expensive. This Mic is also extremely popular with the YouTube ASMR community, and if you don't know what ASMR is, lets just say that precise audio quality is very important so that says a lot. If you've read other reviews of mine on here you will notice most of them are 5 stars. There is a good reason for that. I am extremely diligent in my research before I make a purchase and I rate a product based on what it is, what it does, how that compares to others around it's price point, and the overall value you get for the money you spend. I will never rate a product based on small personal annoyances or things such as "damaged in shipping" etc. That diminishes the review in itself for people just wanting to know if the product itself is a good value. This Mic definitely is.

This microphone is a great price! It is super sensitive, and will up your audio game for podcasting or vlogging. I let my son use it when we game together. He uses the Yeti as his mic, and I can hear everything happening in his room, like if his sister or mom are talking, with great clarity!! Furthermore, the audio quality for vlogging or streaming is impressive. It can easily match pricier ones with software, just look online for how to videos.

This mic is great for podcasting, recording instruments, or just about anything. It's far superior to my laptop's built-in Mic. It connects to Windows 8 and installs instantly, no drivers needed. The only issue I have with it is that it disconnects from my PC after about a day on my USB 2.0 ports, and to fix it I have to unplug it and plug it back in. I resolved this issue by using a USB 3.0 port instead. Maybe my USB 3.0 port provides more power that it needs, I don't know. The sound that this records is AMAZING quality. It sounds just like a mic used on a high quality FM radio station. Audio is Crisp, clear and distinct with great lows, good mid tones, and nice highs. The only mic better sounding than this costs twice or three times as much. This mic may not be good for very loud singing, but it excels at recording normal volume vocals and talking.

Fantastic Microphone, easy to use, plug and play. I would give it a 5 out of 5 but occasionally there is a strange and high pitched static sound when my head phones are plugged directly into the mic. unplugging and plugging back in resolves the issue, must be some sort of interference issue? thank you

I never had a Yeti microphone before. I have always used a competitor. I was not please with my prior mic so decided to try the Yeti. It made a big difference in voice sound and voice detail in recordings Very pleased with it.

It should come as no surprise: the Yeti makes the vocals on my YouTube videos so amazing! The quality of this microphone is unmatched and makes for truly immersive media experiences. Simply put his mic is amazing! I purchased it for use in my recording studio and i am not in any way sorry i did. I have wanted to get a blue mic for several years now and i am very satisfied with my choice of the yeti. It is versitile and so easy to use. Can be used by anyone, anywhere. All by its self the yeti can capture studio quality sound that normally takes multiple mics placed in the right spots to pic up. Wud give it more than 4 stars if possible!

I mainly use the mic for recording voice overs in YouYube videos. It sounds great and is very easy to use. The mute button flashes red telling you it's muted which is very nice. It also has settings to pick up sounds in different directions like Stereo, Omnidirectional, Bidirectional, and Cardioid. Gain knob on the mic for easy use and a hand headphone jack right on the mic. All in all this is a winner.

The Blue Yeti Professional USB Microphone is an excellent choice for anyone looking for a dependable, all-in-one recording solution without the need for complicated audio gear.
