I actually was asked to do some voice work for my company and suggested that I get a nice microphone to go with their request. So of course I got reimbursed for this purchase. This thing has so many settings just on the physical piece itself that you won't be disappointed with quality options.

I choked at the price, but am glad I bought this. The mic allows you to select various modes of recording and I quickly found the one that produced the best for me. Nice clear reproduction. In addition, I found that Dragon NaturallySpeaking makes fewer errors when I dictate now that I have a better microphone.

I looked online and it was at a nearby Best Buy store. I brought it home plugged it in and started recording! it was that easy and the sound quality is great. I use it to record solos for my horn students. I talk and use a metronome then play the solo. The microphone recorded those different sound levels with no difficulty The speaking is very clear, the metronome is loud enough for the student to hear and use to keep the beat with me and the horn sound did not overpower the mic.
