It’s decent. You get what you pay for. I wish I would spent more and got a better mic tbh. Picks up too much background noise. Aesthetically pleasing though. Limited settings. I recommend anything else other than Blue Mics

Good microphone for a great price teenagers love it

The fact that this expensive microphone is shipping with a usb standard that was outdated 10 years ago should’ve been the first red flag. I settled and bought it anyways. Out of the box, the headphone jack didn’t line up with the hole on the bottom and the included cable did not stay in. The microphone would constantly shut off unless I got the cable to the perfect angle where it could hold itself up. Even when the microphone worked, it picked up every noise (even noises behind it) no matter which setting I had it on. I bought a $25 Amazon mic with a headphone output, usb-c, volume/mic controls, and a noise cancelling setting. It even took up less space on my desk. My friends kept saying how clear it sounded even on default settings. I would avoid paying this price for any microphone because it’s not going to give you real studio performance but it won’t be any better than the cheaper consumer grade equipment.

Easy to use, also easy to set up makes me sound like a real person.

Used it with audacity software for song recording. Worked well.

This is my second blue yeti, works good for the price and ease of use. Only thing I had fail is the cord to the microphone, Would break often leading to easily disconnecting. Microphone arm is highly recommended.

Worth buying. Just look around till find something cheaper, if possible.

I’ve wanted one of these ever since they were announced years ago. I’ve never had a good reason to justify getting one, though. However, I am now considering doing some voice over work from home, and maybe a podcast, so I decided to go ahead and take the plunge. So far, I am very pleased. The mic looks nice and performs well. The audio pickup is very clear and accurate, but I did need to purchase a foam filter for it to mitigate ambient noise and popping p’s, etc.

I am very happy with the performance of the microphone so far.

Was requested for Christmas and she loved it. I liked the excellant value for money.
