Sorry to see you were having durability issues with your Yeti microphone. You do have a 2 year limited warranty that can be used to get a replacement sent to you. The Yeti is plug 'n play with both MAC and PC systems, compatible with Mac OS X (10.4.11 or higher), Windows 8 (incl. 8.1), Windows 7, Windows Vista,XP Home Edition, and XP Professional. If you haven't done so already, I suggest using Logitech G Hub software which features the new advanced Blue VO!CE software which makes it easier to achieve professional on-stream sound quality using enhanced broadcast vocal effects, advanced voice modulation and HD audio samples. Hey Vegranillo, I'm sorry to hear that you had some issues setting up you Blue Yeti microphone. The microphone should be fairly easy to set up, with just a few steps. First, connect the mini USB plug to the microphone and then to your computer. Next, if you're using a headset or speakers, plug the AUX cable connected to them into the bottom of the microphone. This should automatically connect the microphone to your computer, but if it didn't, you can navigate to your computers settings and select the Yeti and both your playback device and your microphone.

Hello Grace. I'm sorry to hear that you're not happy with the Blue Yeti. You can adjust how much the capsules are picking up by changing the polar patterns and turning the gain knob down. Due to the Yeti using condenser capsules, they tend to be very sensitive. If you are in an extra noisy environment, you might be better off with a dynamic mic.

Hi Teay, we're sorry to see you're unsatisfied with your Blue Yeti microphone. The mute button definitely shouldn't rotate, but click in and out for mute/unmute. But there is another button right below it that rotates because it is also the control for the headphone volume (if one is connected to the mic), and the amount of Gain the mic captures when in use. So if you were thinking the button is defective, that's actually how its supposed to function. Hope that helps clear up some confusion.
