    Personally this is not recommended for any live music recording with multiple people/instruments unless you are singing a solo or using for radio talk. Difficult to hook up with HP laptop

    okay so we thought the microphone will be upright like the picture, but ended getting a totally different design

      Hello CTMom, Very sorry to hear about he audio jack not working on your Blue Yeti. If I could suggest one thing, I highly recommend downloading Logitech's G Hub software which will allow you to customize settings on your Yeti and also update firmware when necessary.     I have had this microphone for about a year or so now and I woke up one day and it’s stopped working I tried new cables and nothing had work it cheap quality as well I elbowed it a couple time moving and it sent the microphone I hundred percent recommend not to buy this item not for the price

If you have not already done so, please download the Logitech "G Hub" software as Blue Yeti is now supported in G Hub for updates and customization.     Didnt work well for my needs had to return. On zoom meeting they could hear me, but i couldn't hear them.

    Cheap cord

    I still have to contact the company but my mic turns on and off when i move the cord. Other then that it works great but gets 2 stars for the cheap cord.

    This device works, but it is definitely NOT worth the $100 price tag, very subpar quality - in my opinion.

    I’ve had to have this item warrantied several times. Cable issues, echo issues. It is also very sensitive and picks up a lot of background noise.

    Had some issues using with a windows PC. Wound up returning it. We now have the Yeti Nano which works great.

    Not compatible with macOS Big Sur. The microphone has a very robotic quality to the voice with Big Sur, as do many USB microphones, I've found. It advertises compatibility, however on the website, it mentions specifically that Big Sur isn't compatible, which I did not notice, as the packaging has no indication of this.
