purchased it to do some voice recording for videos. I've been recording inside my closet so there is little background noise:) still, the sound is very clear for a reasonable price

Great quality microphone. I highly recommend using the G hub program alongside so you can configure it to work perfectly. I really like how it has an adjustment for the gain so you can control how much it picks up without having to change audio settings in a program. My only complaints are that it is too good at picking up my mechanical keyboard clacking and that G hub doesn’t have an option for mic feedback so you can hear yourself talk (I tend to be on the quieter side so I like to be sure I’m talking loud enough)

This microphone is absolutely terrific! The multiple modes let you capture the right amount of sound for your application. I mostly use the Cardiod mode for making videos and it keeps a lot of the ancillary noise out and sounds great. I highly recommend this for video/audio content creators, and unless you're doing something extremely sound critical, I don't think you need to spend the extra $100 for the "Pro" model.

While I'm not personally sure how this sounds on the other end of virtual calls, I do know its directional capabilities don't pick up background noise like barking dogs. Even when the entire pack starts to sound off, people on the other end of a call say they don't hear anything while also commenting my voice is crystal clear.

The mic is good quality and is super easy to set up. I’ve had it for almost a year, and the USB port on the mic itself is a little loose, but other than that, it works great.

Going from AirPods Pro 2 as Mic input for my meetings to the Blue has made quite an impact on how people hear my voice every day. If at all, I am a bit sad the brand is getting discontinued. Get it for a good price while it lasts?
