Easy to use especially for a first timer

It helps to play around with some of the settings first and see what you like. Overall other than downloading the app to help optimize it, it was a plug and play mic.

He loves it because he downloaded the software made for it on his computer and he freaks his friends out when he changes what it sounds like.

The support staff at Blue was aloof and came up with an off-the shelf solution -changing the USB cable that came with the new Mike- for another similar cable that I was advised to buy elsewhere. I do not know whether this solution is going to work. Stay tuned....... THEIR SUCCESS MAY HAVE GONE TO THEIR HEADS?
