It is a little large so the smaller version may be a better buy if thats an issue but at the timeof purchase, they were the same price so i went with this one

We use it for a variety of things at our church whether voiceover for video or interviews / podcasting and you can even lay down a solid vocal for music too. Seems to be a solid piece of equipment of quality as well. It’s a great value for what all it will provide for you. Looks great too!

USB cord poor quality

The mic itself is solid and heavy, all metal. The issue is the USB cord. After testing the mic only once, the connection to the mic on the USB cord bent. There was no pressure put on the cord.

It's easy to use and hook up to your computer and with the an adapter i've had great success with social media videos.

This Blue Yeti microphone makes my interactions sound as good as a podcaster's interview. Simple to install -- plug in with a USB port, adjust the gain, and voila. Well worth the cost.

I had to play with the settings so that it wouldn't pick up sounds that I didn't want it to, but once that was achieved, the sound I hear on playback, and the sound my friends hear when I use this live, is crystal clear with no effort. I love it and looks forward to using it for a long time
