You definitely want to spend some time reading about the different settings to get the best recordings but I would definitely recommend the investment

Great mic for price

Wow. That's an accomplishment. People have told me it sounds like I'm speaking right next to them in discord. Highly recommended.

Great quick mic

I plugged in the mic and began recording the No Kid Gloves podcast in seconds. The size would be an issue for some, but the functionality makes up for the size.

Good mic but not for iPad

The Yeti is well rated and - once you get it working - the sound quality is great. The only problem is the mic-to-usb jack isn't made for iPads as I was led to believe. In order to make this work I needed a USB-iPad connector ($20) and a powered USB port because the mic can be powered by the iPad alone ($30). So this added about $50 onto the, already high, sale price.

Our local store had an open box on the Blue Pro so we jumped on it. It has been great! Probably better than we'll ever need. It's been very clear and easy to use and we would highly recommend.
