Had trouble to install Blue. It kept saying that the resolution need to be at least 19xx by 7xx in order to install Blue. (I don't remember the specific numbers). My laptop has 3840 x 2160 resolution, which is more than double the required resolution. In the end, the solution is to change my font size to 100% (extremely tiny due to my high resolution display). Then it was able to install successfully. Once installed, it is working well.

I’ve been using this microphone to record choral and organ music for on-lone church services, and also as a voice mic for Zoom meetings. It’s great for both, but is very sensitive—it picks up every stray noise through the base. It has a nice heavy base, but that’s not enough to isolate it, it really needs a suspension. Only other complaint is that it uses an ancient mini-usb connector (not micro). It came with a nice long cable, but I don’t know how long it will be easy to find replacements.

This mic is excellent. I had trouble using the built-in mic in my webcam, so I bought this for Zoom. Not only is the sound excellent, but I like the adjustable volume control. The mute button is very handy. Quality is excellent. I was skeptical about a USB mic but this is a great product.

Sounds good but I don’t really use it because i I have a really good headset if your mic sucks and are looking for an upgrade I would recommend this mic

This cool, sleek-looking mic is very much worth the price as it's versatile for gaming, recording, talking, and more. I primarily use it to game online and be in chats so this is a must-have! Very quick to set up as you'd just plug in and go! Definitely worth sticking to this brand in the future.

The charging port in my original purchase broke within a few months but the replacement is excellent even though I had to pay a price difference because they increased the price since my original purchase. It comes with its own warranty so it may not be worth it to get Best Buy protection.

Purchased this to start a podcast. Having no tech savvy at all, I was able to easily set this up and start using it on my Mac laptop. Although there is essentially no 'owners manual' - there are excellent YouTube tutorials that answer every question. Sound quality and ease of use is very good.

This mic is meant to be great, box was messed up a little bit, guy at the store said they take 15 dollars off, mic had a small dent , whatever still works good
