It kept saying that the resolution need to be at least 19xx by 7xx in order to install Blue. (I don't remember the specific numbers). My laptop has 3840 x 2160 resolution, which is more than double the required resolution. In the end, the solution is to change my font size to 100% (extremely tiny due to my high resolution display). Then it was able to install successfully. Once installed, it is working well.
