Decent sound quality, and plug and play over USB - however the ancient Mini USB connection is very loose, and the mic disconnects if I bump my desk at all, even when mounted to an arm. It seems like sometimes itll reconnect to power, but not data, so the mic never reconnects in Windows until i unplug and plug it back in. Returning after two weeks.

This works well, but I need something that will pick up soft-spoken people better. And, maybe there's nothing out there that does that. It is easy to use and it records to my laptop after the meeting is over and I export it. I wish it came with foot pedals which would make it easier to type and back-up the recording to replay something not easily heard.
