Problem with a new microphone

The support staff at Blue was aloof and came up with an off-the shelf solution -changing the USB cable that came with the new Mike- for another similar cable that I was advised to buy elsewhere. I do not know whether this solution is going to work. Stay tuned....... THEIR SUCCESS MAY HAVE GONE TO THEIR HEADS?

I know it does work because a friend of mine had one and it was great. I think it is great for starting out on voice over work but I did return it since it was not working .....should of called support.

Leverages the Logitech G Hub suite for modifications. Largest issue I’ve seen so far is people telling me my mic is quiet. I’m not sure how to resolve this.
