I have bought many mics from the sister of this mic (blue snowball) to a Rode NT-1a. This mic is perfect for on the go and easy to use. You can just plug and play to any PC with a USB port. It has better sound quality over the blue snowballs and even has a setting so you can cater it to where the speakers are sitting. The downside... It picks up everything. You definitely need a quiet space (and keyboard) to really utilize this mic well. Overall recommend for those on the go... For more stationary use I may look into another one.

Our setup includes this Yeti microphone with a Logitech StreamCam Plus. This configuration works very well - both video and audio quality are excellent, and the controls are easy to manage. Would be nice if a XLR cable was included, but that's nitpicking (a USB cable is included).

This microphone is the best I've ever had! very crisp sounding and very clear. I used it when I'm talking to friends or streaming and its great quality I wouldn't recommend anything else.

I did my research on what mic I wanted to get a mic to stream and the majority of the reviews stated that the Blue Yeti mics are the best to use. I am blown away on how great this mic is. With some minor adjustments, my voice comes out great. The range is incredible for it. I will say the possible downside to this mic will depend on what you want to use it for. While it is a fantastic mic, it is on the expensive side. If you use it for doing voiceovers or podcasts, you might have to adjust some settings. This mic can pick up every thing. EVERY THING. When I did a test run without any adjustments, it literally picked up my neighbor's lawnmower, and my window was closed. The same with the air coordinator. However, don't be intimidated by this. In my opinion, this mic is great for beginners. I'll also say that you don't necessarily have to buy a stand to hook it to, but it's a preference. Overall, if you're serious in doing streaming, voiceovers, and podcasts and you have the money, this is great mic to have,

Excellent, high quality Mic thats gives me the sound i want. I use it with the Logitech GHub software which gives you the option of adjusting settings and sound profiles. Super easy to set up - plug and play and a great value for the price.

Mic quality sounds better than real life. Definitely was not expecting that quality. I like the controls it has too

Both husband and oldest son have this. It's the best Microphone I've been I've experienced being used. My husband claims his buddies can hear me clip my nails, loud enough that the sound annoys them. And they can hear my Netflix show I'm watching on my phone at half volume, across the room, with my speaker turned the opposite way being held up by the blanket...... So he's constantly muting himself and it's the most attention I've seen from him in a long time. Because he's constantly turning around and staring at me with that look. ;)

The Blue Yeti are very good products. I purchased this mic and was very satisfied. The sound quality is excellent. It's basically plug and play. Very easy to use. I also purchased the blue yeti professional mic which I found to be a little better. Both mics are excellent.

[Employee of bestbuy] Works very well, had some issue at first with the mic being super quiet but found out that I just had to go into my computer settings and allow the mic to have full access and if worked great after that!

I had to decide between this and a different mic because of some work I had planned for it. It was imperative that my voice came in clear without a lot of puffs from pronouncing certain words. Needless to say I am very happy with it. IT is very sensitive which is a plus for me, but if you have a loud house it would be hard to use it to it's fullest potential.

A friend and myself were in the market for some condenser mikes so we could do some podcasting. We headed down to Best Buy and looked at the array of microphones on display and decided on the Blue Yeti USB Multi-Pattern Microphone. It has not disappointed! Great microphone for a great price!

Had a friend that uses it to record his podcast. I'd been using a headset mic to record ours and the sound quality is like night and day. There are other studio quality mics with better sound, but this is a great bang for your buck. Only qualm is that it automatically sets your speakers to the headphone jack in the mic, but that's not a major downfall.

Love this mic. Amazing recording quality. Easy to use. The stand is sturdy. Connects well. Wish I would have sprung for the more expensive version with XLR connections in case I want to expand my setup but the USB works great with my PC so overall Im super pleased. The blue is gorgeous & matches my gaming chair.

Awesome microphone! I use it to talk to friends while i'm playing pc games and use it to do voice overs. Great sound quality, love the polar pattern selector. The build quality is top notch, but it is pretty big so make sure you have plenty of space on your desk if you don't have a mic stand. I would also pick up a shock mount as this mic can sometimes pick up unwanted noise on a desk.

FYI I'm a very amateur user. This is my first mic. Before I installed the Logitech G Hub software the recordings I made sounded pretty bad because the mic was picking up basically every sound in the house. I was starting to wish I had purchased another mic with less sensitivity, but after I installed Logitech G Hub and tweaked a few settings I was very easily making high-quality (by my standards, at least) voice recordings. So far I've used it for about 30 minutes of recording, using the free software Audacity, and I'm happy with the results. Also, the stand is hefty and solid, so I don't worry about it falling over.
