No complaints on my end. One thing people should be aware of when buying items like these, download the software.The mic is great sure but the software is what helps these sound amazing.

Well built..still learning full abilities

I am still very pleased with the microphone. I am using this to make small you tube posts and for creating small videos for advertising purposes.

Can’t get it to sound right no matter what I do. Have watched countless YouTube videos with no luck. Wish I just stuck with my headset mic as it sounds better. Wish I never bought it. Just an expensive piece of decor. Trying to get it to work with obs feels hopeless.

Mic broke after 3 weeks.

I had set it up how it should be, and after reconnecting it to use it again, it did not work again. However, the company has a great return policy so that's why it has 3 stars.

Upon opening the box it was all there. There for it works perfectly and they should make you have to use so many words to say it’s awesome.

I contact apple and they could on get one portion of the mic working at a time. It became frustrating. You would think that having professional help the mic might work, however it did not. I tried a couple of times with apple agent supporter but each time only one portion of the mic would respond and that is one could hear me loud and clear but I could not hear any response.

Posted .Hello, I am sorry to hear about the issues you are experiencing with the microphone. You will not hear anyone from the microphone unless you have headphones plugged into the bottom of the microphone. Then you will need to make sure the headphone volume is turned up and that it is selected as your audio in source on the computer. I hope this helps!
