I was looking for a high quality mic for recording some of my guitar sessions and videos. So far, I've been impressed with the Yeti Pro. Both voice and instrumentals are clear and don't have that "tinny" sound that the cheaper mics often produce. It also works great with Skype.

It's been 3 years since I got this mic and I can say it pulls through! I've had lots of people tell me it sounds amazing. The gain control is also very useful! I've had no issues at all with it.

I love this mic it works perfect, but if your buying it from bestbuy you might have issues with the threading at the bottom of the mic for aftermarket stands i had to swap 3 times until i decided to exchange the mic and get a keyboard. Now im using a audio techinca at2020 and had zero issues with the threading on mic. Also i went to guitar center to look at there blue yeti and compared it with the bestbuy one. There was a significant difference between the threading on the blue yeti from guitar center.

This is a great Mic we use it for game play, YouTube channel and so much more!

This is without a doubt a fantastic microphone, but just like a lot of my other technology, has encountered a problem that I don't know how to fix. After about 30 seconds of plugging the microphone into a computer, the microphone just stops working. If I unplug it and then plug it back in, it works for about 30 more seconds, then just cuts out again. Until I know how to fix this problem, I'm afraid I can't recommend it.

If you enjoy making podcasts, game streams, or even YouTube videos, the Blue Yeti is one of the most popular choices on today's market. It has everything you need and functions like any great studio mic. I highly recommend it.

This was an excellent microphone. I just recently started doing Minecraft Commentary on YouTube and wanted a nice microphone. This was open box and I wasnt aware but none of the less, this microphone was still brand new. Its a little bigger than I thought yet again I shouldve looked at it better.

I have returned this item 3 times in 1 year. Just in th 1st 2 months, i had to use the BestBuy Warranty i keep purchasing. If I dont buy the warranty, I'd have to send the item back to the company. Eventually if the cable doesn't break, you lose connection and eventually your PC will not recognize anymore. I purchased for my son and he is always careful since it seems to mess up frequently. Great when it works but lasts less than a year. That's not worth it. 2 stars dye to it being an excellent mic when you first purchase.

I bought this mic after seeing stellar reviews online. It works for a few moments, but then the "levels" reset to zero and mute the mic. I can't get it to stay at the levels I need it at. So, I contacted the friendly folks at Blue and they walked me through the process of uninstalling and reinstalling the mic. It worked for a few minutes, but ended up doing the same exact thing. I'm returning this mic tomorrow. Objectively speaking, it sounds pretty good when it works. If you're one of the many who have no issue, I'm sure you'll like it. But my time is important to me, and I can't uninstall and reinstall this thing (device manager, etc) every time I want to record.

This was a gift for our son. He is extremely happy with it.

Got this mic to replace my snowball. Picked the Yeti because of the looks which did not disappoint. Just beautiful on the desk.

Recommend this to anyone , my nephew is 12 years old using this for a month and loves it .

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! This Best Buy location is downright RACIST!!! The way I was treated as a black man was rooted in deep discrimination. The customer service here is deplorable. This is the most rude & unprofessional Best Buy I have ever shopped at in the 30 years I have been a Best Buy customer!!! The “supervisor” Jesus & the manager “Ajay” were extremely rude to me over a $100 return! I purchased it less than 30 days ago and they refused to return it. I told them I had been battling Covid for the past couple of weeks and was unable to come in and return within 15 days and was told “oh well” . They then proceeded to scam me and sell me a $50 membership that “allows” 60 day return policy. They said they would “lie” and say they forgot to put it on there the day I purchased the microphone so that they could process the return. This is unethical and clearly against their policy, but somehow they have no problem breaking the policies when it is convenient for them. Why would I give you $50 to take back a $100 return? That is preposterous & an unethical proposition. I have never in my life been so insulted & disrespected. I have been shopping at Best Buy my ENTIRE life and now I can no longer support a company that discriminates & encourages unethical practices when it’s convenient for them. I am appalled that Best Buy would promote such scammers to these positions. They then blame it on “the system” , “the system” doesn’t allow it. I know for a fact that this is false. If it’s one thing I hate more, it’s being lied to as if this is my first time at the rodeo. If I could rate 0 stars I would.

I heard a great deal of hype about how great the Blue Yeti was so I decided to purchase one for my live streams. For the first few months it worked great. With that being said, there is a knob on the back of the mic that you use to adjust your mic patterns and mine was very difficult and scratchy when I tried to adjust it. One day I was adjusting the pattern and the mic died an never worked again. If I had a chance to purchase a different mic, I would probably still purchase the Yeti but hope that their quality controls were a little better on the next one. It truly was an excellent mic while it worked. I am considering purchasing another since my Yeti replacement mic is just not as clear.

Works great and lover the kinda retro style. Would recomend to anyone!
